Sauce d’avocat

Ingrédients :

1 fruit d’avocat – dénoyauter, peler et couper la chair en petit morceaux

1 petit oignon - peler et couper en petit morceau

1 citron (son jus)

2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraiche or yaourt

1 peu de sel

1 peu de poivre - moulu

1 peu de persil – ciselé

1 peu d’huile d’olive

1 cuillère à soupe de hot sauce

Préparation :

* Moudre tous les ingrédients.

* Servir avec salade.

* Bon appétit.

Avocado sauce

Ingredients:

1 avocado fruit – Remove the seed, scoop out the pulp and cut it

1 small anion - peel and cut into small pieces

1 lemon (the juice)

2 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper - grind

Some parsley - chopped

1 bit of olive oil

1 tablespoon of hot sauce

Preparation:

* Grind all ingredients.

* Serve with salads.

* Enjoy.

الأفوكادو الفاكهة (1)١-  اقطعيها  الى النصف. ازيلي البذور. اقطعيي اللب  صغيرا

بصلة صغيرة (1)١- تقشر وتقطع صغيرا

ليمونة (1)١(عصيرها) = الحامض

الكريم أو اللباغورت (2)٢ ملاعق طعام

الملح قليلا

الفلفل المطحون قليلا

البقدونس قليلا- مفرومة

زيت الزيتون قليلا

الصلصة الحارة ملعقة طعام

اطحني جميع المكونا ت

يخلط مع السلطة
